Eric DeKarski

Eric DeKarski is a Division I golfer turned golf instructor and nationally followed coach, dedicated to helping golfers create predictable, repeatable ball striking. Recognized as one of the young, up-and-coming instructors in New Jersey, Eric has been featured in Golf Digest and Golf.com for his teaching and instruction.

A former player at Florida Atlantic University, Eric holds a course record of 65 at The Polo Club in South Florida and recorded the 5th lowest tournament score in FAU history. His competitive background and on-course experience shape a coaching philosophy built around simplicity, clarity, and results.

With over 250,000 followers across social media platforms, Eric is on a mission to simplify the game of golf and make high-quality, system-based instruction more accessible. He shares daily drills, insights, and practice concepts that help golfers stop guessing and start improving.

Eric's coaching approach focuses on understanding how each golfer learns and applying a clear, structured system to create measurable improvement — a method that has helped golfers of all levels, from weekend players to competitive amateurs, strike the ball with confidence and consistency.

Jason Lamp

Jason Lamp brings over 30 years of golf industry experience to his role as General Manager of Fire Golf Club. A PGA Member, Jason has built his career at some of New Jersey's most respected clubs — beginning as an Assistant Golf Professional at Pine Valley Golf Club, followed by four years as Director of Golf at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club.

Jason spent 14 years as Head Golf Professional and golf shop owner at Deal Golf & Country Club before going on to serve 11 years as Director of Golf at Galloway National Golf Club — one of the premier private clubs in South Jersey. That depth of experience across operations, instruction, and club management shapes everything he brings to Fire Golf Club.

As a founding partner and General Manager, Jason oversees all aspects of the Fire Golf Club experience — from day-to-day operations and member services to instruction and events. His goal is to bring the standards of a world-class golf club to every member interaction.

Assistant General Manager

Eli Wasilauskas

Eli Wasilauskas serves as Assistant General Manager of Fire Golf Club, playing a key role in the club's day-to-day operations and member experience. Eli brings a hands-on background in golf equipment and retail operations, having spent nearly six years at DICK'S Sporting Goods — first as a Club Technician, where he developed deep expertise in club repair, fitting, and equipment, and later as a Freight Flow Lead and Key Carrier.

That foundation in equipment knowledge and operations translates directly to the Fire Golf Club environment, where Eli helps members navigate gear decisions, get the most out of their simulator sessions, and feel at home from the moment they walk in the door.

As Assistant General Manager, Eli is a central part of what makes Fire Golf Club run — ensuring every member visit is seamless, every bay is dialed in, and every experience lives up to the standard the club is built on.
