Membership
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is limited to the first 10 members.
- Lifetime membership with no annual renewal fees.
- 20% discount on merchandise.
- 20% discount on golf lessons.
- Discounts do not apply to food, beverages, or bar purchases.
Annual Membership
- Annual memberships officially begin on the Grand Opening date.
- Access during the Soft Opening is considered a complimentary bonus and does not reduce the membership term.
Junior Membership & Members Under 18
- Junior memberships are available to golfers under 21 years of age.
- Members under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while on the premises.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their minor guests.
Bay Reservations
To provide fair access for all members, booking times are limited based on the number of golfers in the reservation.

- Reservations must accurately reflect the number of golfers.
- Members may not reserve multiple bays for simultaneous personal use.
- Consecutive reservations may be limited during high-demand periods.
- Fire Golf reserves the right to modify reservations to ensure fair member access.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand schedules change. Please help us provide availability for other members.
- Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Members who do not show for a reservation will be charged a $50 no-show fee per person.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Guest Policy
During the Soft Opening
- Guest pass restrictions are temporarily waived to encourage members to introduce friends and family to Fire Golf.
After the Grand Opening
- Guest privileges will follow the current membership program and may be updated periodically.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while visiting Fire Golf.
Teaching Bay Policy
- The Teaching Bay is reserved exclusively for professional instruction and club fitting services.
- Members may not reserve or use the Teaching Bay independently.
- All Teaching Bay reservations must be booked through a Fire Golf professional or approved instructor.
- Club fitting appointments require advance scheduling.
Food & Beverage
Fire Golf features a full-service bar for members and guests. The bar operates as a cashless establishment.

- Zelle
Cash may be accepted for bartender gratuities where applicable. Outside food policies may vary depending on scheduled events and catering. Members will be notified of any restrictions.
Facility Expectations
Members are expected to help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.
- Respect other members and staff.
- Leave simulator bays clean after use.
- Report equipment issues immediately.
- Follow all posted facility rules.
- Use equipment responsibly.
Any intentional damage to equipment or facilities may result in repair charges, suspension, or termination of membership.
Events & Community
Membership includes access to an active golf community featuring member tournaments, competitive leagues, social events, demo days, club fitting events, and special member experiences.
Some events may require separate registration or entry fees.
Communication
Members will receive regular updates through monthly newsletters, email announcements, social media, and website updates. These communications will include event schedules, facility updates, promotions, and important policy changes.
Membership Conduct
Fire Golf is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all members.
The following may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership
- Abuse of booking privileges
- Repeated cancellation or no-show violations
- Harassment of staff or members
- Damage to facility property
- Failure to follow Fire Golf policies
Memberships may be suspended or revoked at Fire Golf's discretion for conduct inconsistent with our standards.
Policy Updates
As Fire Golf continues to grow, policies may be modified to improve member experience and facility operations. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
